All you need is first month’s rent plus a refundable $30 cleaning deposit, and a valid government-issued ID. Deposit is refundable as long as a written notice is given 10 days prior to vacating and the unit is left swept clean.

Are all your units ground floor?
Yes! All of our units are ground floor with drive-up access within 15 feet.
What are your access hours?
Storage can be accessed from 7 am to 9 pm, 365 days a year.
Can I store a vehicle?
We do not offer vehicle storage at this time.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday 10 am to 4 pm.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our storage units are rented on a month-to-month basis. You decide how long you need the space!
What if I need help outside of office hours?
Our on site gatekeepers can help you with simple questions or concerns during access hours of 7 am to 9 pm.
